The scholarship program aims to strengthen the capacity of the student and human resource development in the field of renewable energy sources and sustainable development in these developing countries and countries in transition.
And training activities are held in specialized institutions in the Russian Federation. And Russian-language education and UNESCO will receive the desires of developing countries and countries in transition.
In line with the study plans and objectives of UNESCO's program and the approved budget of the Department of scholarships and the second part of sustainable energy development in Moscow offers 30 scholarships for 4 weeks during the year 2012.
